Flax seeds 500g



Daily consumption of flax seeds should not exceed more than 50.0 grams or 3 teaspoons. – Place a tablespoon of flax seeds in room temperature water before bedtime, (ensuring the water completely covers the seeds) allow it to soak overnight. In the morning, on an empty stomach, drink the mucilaginous mixture and eat the seeds.
